By creating an account or using WowFolio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

WowFolio provides a free online resume building platform that allows users to:

• Create, edit, and customize professional resumes
• Access a library of resume templates
• Download resumes in various formats (PDF, Word, etc.)
• Store resumes securely in the cloud
• Use the ATS checker to optimize resumes
• Access guides and resources for resume writing

The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or entity.

You retain all rights to the content you create using WowFolio, including your resume information, personal data, and any other materials you upload or input ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant WowFolio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Your content is accurate and not misleading

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the Service
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

You may not upload or include in your resume:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Personal information of others without consent
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities

The Service, including its design, templates, features, graphics, and software, is owned by WoWSQL Technologies Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WowFolio does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Using our templates will guarantee job interview success

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOWFOLIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Any content obtained from the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our policies
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Exposes us to legal liability

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings.
